What is the reason why the operating button of the plate and frame filter press does not respond?

As the application conditions of the plate and frame filter press are usually very extreme, either acidic gas with concentration value or lighter oil, partial alkali smoke, etc., over time, the accumulation of damage to the electrical components of the filter press by this irritating substance is likely to cause common failures of electrical equipment, resulting in no care of the operating button. The following is a solution to this problem: when the plate and frame filter press shows the phenomenon that the actual operation of the operating button is useless, first check whether the structure and contact point of the operating button of the filter press are normal. Viewing method: press and hold the corresponding button to see if the node indicator light at the PLC input end is on. If it is on, it indicates that there is no problem with the button. If it is not on, check the cable of the connection terminal.

When it is determined that there are no common faults on the typing side, press and hold the typing button to check whether the relevant indicator lights are on on the PLC export terminal side. If the indicator lights are on, check whether the core solenoid valve, AC contactor and solenoid valve are exported. If there is no indicator light on, it indicates that the PLC is not satisfied with the export standard. Check whether the relevant travel switch and limit switch are monthly and whether the node opening and closing are appropriate, then find the cause of the problem, make an accurate distinction, and solve the difficulty immediately.
